Thought Process: Your Emotions

You may have noticed that each guy had a different reason for wanting to hook up: Ray was lonely. Dan was horny. Carlos was bored. These emotions led them to make choices without thinking through the consequences.

Think of a time you did something risky and then later thought was probably a bad idea to do. What emotion(s) may have led you to take that risk? What are healthy ways to deal with those kinds of feelings?
