Welcome to Episode 1 of Keep It Up!

Before we dive into the activities and videos (BTW, we recommend you use WiFi), here’s some information about what you can expect to do while being part of this program:

Keep It Up! has 5 episodes in total. You’ll be able to view Episodes 1–3 now, though we recommend taking some breaks in between. Episodes 4 and 5 will unlock later.

You may be asked to fill out some very brief surveys, which help us continue to improve KIU!
