Check the expiration date and carefully open the package with your hands (not your teeth or scissors).

Find the correct side that will unroll over the penis and place it on the head of an erect penis. If you get the wrong side – which won’t unroll – start over with a new condom because precum may contain HIV or STIs. (Pro tip: Put some condom-safe lube on the inside of the condom to give the top some extra sensation.)

Pinch the tip, and unroll the condom down the shaft.

Squeeze any excess air out of the tip of the condom, and make sure there is some room for the semen.
Have sex! Use condom-safe lube!

Hold the base of the condom when pulling out of your partner to make sure the condom does not slip off. Remember, condoms slipping off is one of the most common mistakes guys make.

While still erect, point the tip of the penis down so that the semen collects at the bottom. Pinch the condom to make sure no semen spills while slowly sliding the condom off. Tie the condom in a knot, and toss it in the trash. You’re done!

If you feel a live demonstration would be more helpful, here are two videos showing you the steps. The first one is PG-13, whereas the second one is more explicit. Don’t forget to watch in a location where you feel comfortable.
